Data Analyst

Job Summary:

The Data Specialist will collect data for a specified business units: Benefit Administration and Workers’ Comp Program. Once collected, the Data Specialist will scrub, merge, and format and reconcile the data. This position supports the Risk, and Client Operations Teams in data gathering, analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile monthly premium invoices for all benefit plans and coordinate corrections with third party administrator; assist in maintaining benefits database
  • Provide benefit management reporting on a weekly/monthly basis
  • Maintain Worker’s Compensation payroll reporting policy databases
  • Reconcile monthly carrier invoices
  • Coordinate with Risk Department to review payroll reporting to carriers
  • Provide analysis of billing variances to Risk Department
  • Maintain WC Policy IDs by worksite location in PrismHR
  • Compile and analyze monthly loss runs
  • Coordinate with WC Audit committee and reconciled policy audit reports
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, establish priorities, work independently, and achieve target business objectives
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with carriers, TPA’s and internal departments
  • Reconciliation to the associated general ledger accounts
  • Miscellaneous job duties and projects as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Advance/strong Excel skills required
  • Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • General Ledger experience
  • Basic Benefit and Workers’ Comp understanding preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated, ability to work independently

Training Specialist

Job Summary:

The Training Specialist will be responsible to enhance the competencies of individual employees by designing and conducting onboarding and system training programs that will boost employee’s workplace performance in alliance with company’s core values. The Training Specialist will be responsible for performing training needs assessments, designing and facilitating system training; including the implementation of a Learning Management System.

Responsibilities:

  • In collaboration with the Operations Team, develop training objectives, deliverable & expected impact across the company
  • Deliver core training modules including use of our payroll system, and CRM; customer service, basic systems training, onboarding, HR compliance training, etc. Experience in leadership training is a plus
  • Carry out on the job one-to-one training follow up and coaching sessions to meet specific training and development needs as necessary
  • Plan and use metrics to quantify the impact of the training programs and compare them with the skills required to meet both current and future business objectives
  • Track, analyze & report the attendance and progress of all attendees in liaison with the management team
  • Employee may perform other related duties as negotiated to meet the ongoing needs of the organization

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Recruitment and/or Training
  • Bachelor Degree preferred
  • PEO / Staffing background a plus
  • Prism/TempWorks/Client Space knowledge a plus
  • Must have knowledge EEO laws and hiring best practices
  • Proven training success record or Trainer certification
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to lead change with positive and proven results
  • Sets and achieves challenging goals; prioritizes and plans work activities
  • Must be detail oriented and review work to ensure quality

Safety Specialist

Job Summary:

The Senior Safety Specialist is responsible for the oversight and administration of the Lightsource HR Safety and Loss Prevention Programs for client companies in order to promote adherence to safety guidelines and minimize potential risks.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Live the Lightsource HR core values, and actively promote them from within the team
  • Effectively support clients by monitoring safety and risk exposure
  • Perform WC Code audits and underwriting surveys at client locations as directed by internal underwriting team
  • Investigate accidents at client locations as required/requested by V.P. of Risk Management
  • Attend site visits for high risk clients as needed or directed by service level
  • Educate clients on effective loss control practices, including assisting in RTW programs
  • Remain current in knowledge of Safety Guidelines regarding State and Federal regulations
  • Develop and Administer Safety and Loss Prevention programs to clients
  • Develop/Oversee and maintain relationships with vendors for nationwide client safety services
  • Assign and perform loss prevention and safety visits with vendors and document results and participate on a case by case basis
  • Perform other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Safety/Loss Control preferably in PEO/Staffing or WC Industry
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and training through an OTI. OSHA 500/501
  • Microsoft Office experience required
  • Knowledge of Netwise/Client Space and HRP/Prism
  • Knowledge of NCCI Scopes for correct classification of client operations
  • Knowledge and understanding of federal, state, provincial and local regulations and requirements
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation)
  • Ability to analyze data
  • Skilled in customer service and issue resolution
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Time management skills
  • Excels in a fast-paced environment

Operations Systems Administrator

Job Summary:

As the Sr. Operation Analyst- SME in analyzing, designing and implementing information systems; assess the suitability of information systems in terms of their intended outcomes and liaison with end users, software vendors and programmers to achieve these outcomes.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ultimately, must ensure payrolls are processed correctly and timely
  • Oversee Prism and Client Space systems set-up including APIs
  • Work closely with Implementation and Client Services to ensure the accounts are correctly set-up in Prism to meet deliverables and SLE
  • Managing and maintaining other 3rd party relationship to ensure client deliverables ex: Avionte
  • Handle all Prism communications, escalations and empowering managers to open Prism tickets
