Staffed employees (temp workers) are assigned to the EOR program. As the EOR, LightsourceHR Staffing Partnership Arrangement (SPA) will co-sign all client contracts, confirming our legal responsibility for all  personnel requirements. This can help facilitate simpler contracting with Managed Service Provider (MSP) and Vendor Management System (VMS) providers who have strict coverage and certificate requirements.

LightsourceHR SPA will contractually reassign all day-to-day operational responsibilities to the client. The client will continue managing their core operations and handling tasks like recruiting, placement, hiring, and end of assignments. Internal employees will be on a separate PEO contract with full access to all PEO services.
